How to make Seed and Nut Smoothies

Do you want an easy-to-make and healthy breakfast recipe that takes less than 2 minutes to prepare? Then smoothies are the perfect choice. The ingredients can be prepared the night before and blended into a smoothie within a minute. So let's get started!



Ingredients

  • You need to soak all seeds and nuts in water the day before.
  • Almond (1 spoon)
  • Cashews (1 spoon)
  • Raisins (3 spoons) (use 2 spoons sugar if you don't have it)
  • Peanuts (1 spoon)
  • Chia seeds (1 spoon)
  • Banana or apple and any other fruit (No need to soak)
  • All seeds and nuts are optional, use whatever you have and avoid them in case of allergy.


How to make

  • Take half a glass of water.
  • Add all the soaked seeds and nuts in the blender.
  • Grind them by adding water slowly.
  • Add the banana or apple or whatever fruit you wish to add.
  • Keep adding more water to make it smoother according to need.
  • This should be enough for at least two servings.
